genuine smile helpful attendant attentive host
the staff greeted me with a genuine smile. my villa attendant, eva, helped with all requests and changes. sandy, my island host, arranged my special occasion.
I found it a bit annoying that all prices had 26% tax and service charge added. this detail should be clear from the beginning. It felt misleading.

a good option for maldives
thorough housekeeping friendly staff many ants broken outlets
during my stay, the house keeping was very thorough. aparna made sure the rooms were clean twice a day. the namaste restaurant was also a highlight. akash and samaeh were professional and friendly, it made dining there nice.
the cottage over the sea had many ants. the outdoor bathtub barely had hot water. i also found many outlets without electricity, i believe they should be fixed as soon as possible.

My family and i had a fantastic holiday here. every restaurant was excellent and the bars and pools are great. the staff was all so friendly. our housekeeper noor was an absolute gentleman for the whole holiday. He were really good too help out.

signature dishes great staff nice experience dark clinic mosquito bites unprofessional experience
i really liked the food at siyam orchid it came as highly recommended. we had some signature dishes and they were all very delicious. khaled akash and thiri were great staff members. they gave us a very nice experience and also took wonderful pictures for us we had a great time that night.
i had a very uncomfortable experience with the doctor at this hotel i called for medical help because of mosquito bites. the doctor insisted i get an injection and took me to a dark clinic room he locked the door. he offered to apply cream on my whole body it felt very unsafe. i was never informed the injection would be charged i only found out after everything was done.

polite staff crystal clear water limited alcohol crowded boat
i found the staff quite polite. the crystal clear water was AMAZING!!! the food had varied options and everything tasted quite delicious. i also found the experience overall very pleasant.
my in-villa alcohol options were limited to only beer. the boat share had around 45 people. it felt quite crowded, to say the least. i feel like the resort has a turkish vibe.

clean villa pretty grounds infrequent bus service repetitive food
i had a really relaxing week at this beautiful resort. the staff, especially aasika, my room attendant, made it extra special. the resort was very clean and our villa was comfortable. the resort is so pretty and the grounds are well kept.
the bus service was not frequent enough. they only run every 15-20 minutes and are always full. the food in the buffet restaurant is always only luke warm and very repetitive.
